Frustrated by traditional approaches that treated business growth and sustainability as competing priorities, they came together in 2015 amid growing climate urgency and social inequality. Their shared conviction was simple yet revolutionary: the most resilient organisations would be those that integrated financial performance with environmental stewardship and social responsibility. Drawing on their diverse expertise, they developed the "Integrated Impact Methodology," challenging the siloed thinking that dominated corporate strategy. This pioneering approach helped organisations identify opportunities where sustainability directly enhanced business performance rather than compromising it. What began as a bold experiment has evolved into a proven model that has guided dozens of organisations through transformative journeys, creating measurable business value while contributing to a more sustainable world. In 2001, Stratagem Partners merged with Centigo to enhance its delivery capability and draw upon the experiences of the Nordic market. During 2005, we rebranded back to Stratagem Partners to emphasise our strategic credentials.
